Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company-line client support reputed company phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to our SaaS platform
- Conduct live online training sessions and product walkthroughs
- Assist clients with platform navigation, reporting tools, and website functionality
