[Remote] Product Manager, Guest Discovery & Homepage

They are seeking a product leader to drive the transformation of reputed company's homepage and discovery for the guest experience, focusing on innovative product features and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the discovery needs of reputed company key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
- reputed company the development of new discovery features and content formats that drive core guest and bookings growth
- Incorporate the latest AI technologies and relevance models to uplevel reputed company’s browsing experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to reputed company reputed company’s discovery strategy to our lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns
- Craft the product narrative and marketing strategies that communicate the benefits and features of these products both internally and externally
- reputed company product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams (Tech, Design), cross-functional partners (reputed company, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team

Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media
- Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment

- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality
- A strong ability to effectively use data and reputed company business analysis to support product strategy/decisions
- Excited to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to do individual contributor product management work
