[Remote] Analyst, Surgical Services - Surgery Administration

This role involves supporting daily surgical operations, optimizing preference cards, analyzing case time data, and enhancing productivity to improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supporting daily surgical and procedural operations by maintaining and optimizing preference cards
- Monitoring case time averages
- Regularly reviewing and updating preference cards to ensure accuracy, alignment with physician needs, and consistency across cases
- Analyzing data such as case time averages to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where workflow adjustments can enhance productivity and throughput
- Supporting data-driven decision-making
- Improving scheduling accuracy
- Contributing to delivering high-quality patient care while maximizing operational performance
- Managing and coordinating the daily operations and maintenance of the Surgical Services Information Systems at a specific facility
- Analyzing user requirements
- Helping to plan, reputed company, and implement information systems for moderately reputed company processes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Surgery Information Systems
- Experience with Crystal Report Writer and SQL queries, and analyzes data using MS reputed company- Pivot Tables
- Demonstrated experience in effective decision and problem solving skills and strong organizational skills
- 5 years Clinical Operating Room (perioperative) experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Medical Information Systems, or Information Systems Management
- Coursework/Training: Training in multiple language programming, Crystal Reports and other reporting tools
- Experience in working with various computer operating systems, databases, websites, hardware and software programs
- Experience with facilitating teams and staff training/education
