[Remote] AI Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an AI Consultant to support discovery efforts and help shape practical AI-driven solutions for business operations in Carmel, Indiana. This role will focus on analyzing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and aligning AI capabilities with enterprise resource planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand reputed company processes, operational challenges, and areas where AI can add measurable value
• Evaluate business workflows connected to Electronic Data Interchange and enterprise resource planning systems to identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Provide guidance on how AI solutions can integrate with platforms such as Prophet 21 and reputed company Prophet-based environments
• Translate business objectives into clear solution recommendations, functional concepts, and implementation considerations for cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with technical and business partners to define use cases, priorities, and success measures for AI initiatives
• Document findings, process insights, and recommended next steps in a clear format that supports decision-making and project planning
• Assess data inputs, system dependencies, and operational constraints that may reputed company AI adoption reputed company existing enterprise applications
• Support ongoing refinement of proposed solutions by incorporating stakeholder feedback, business requirements, and platform considerations

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a consulting, business analysis, AI, or reputed company solution-oriented role
• Hands-on exposure to discovery activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, or workflow assessment
• Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange and its role in business operations and system connectivity
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning concepts and experience supporting environments that include Prophet 21 or Prophet platforms
• Understanding of AI tools or solutions, including the ability to evaluate practical business applications for technologies such as Claude
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders while presenting recommendations and findings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize information into actionable next steps
