[Remote] Marketing Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a full-service flexible legal talent company seeking a marketing attorney with data privacy experience for a part-time contract engagement. The role involves providing legal support in commercial contracting and compliance matters, particularly in the evolving marketing and data privacy landscape.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating vendor and client agreements
- Advising on U.S. data privacy regulations
- Assisting with marketing and reputed company reputed company compliance issues
Skills
- 8+ years of experience handling commercial reputed company, data privacy, and/or marketing law matters
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and client reputed company
- Familiarity with U.S. data privacy and compliance frameworks, including FTC guidance and state privacy laws (particularly NY, CA, TX, FL, and WA)
- Strong responsiveness and ability to manage quick contract turnaround timelines
- Working knowledge of GDPR strongly preferred
- Experience advising marketing, advertising, media, reputed company reputed company, or data-driven businesses highly preferred
