[Remote] Managing Director, Valuation & Capital Market Analysis - Real Estate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading accounting and advisory firm, and they are seeking a Managing Director for their Valuation & Capital Market Analysis team. The Managing Director will reputed company valuation engagements, manage staff, and contribute to business development activities while ensuring quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Executes office business development plan in conjunction with the Valuation leader
• Builds relationships with key executives and stakeholders in support of the growth of the office business lines and industries
• Understands how to work with Alliance Firms and coordinates with international firms as appropriate on opportunities as they arise
• Contributes business development thought leadership, tools and resources to the broader national platform
• Ensures Client Project Delivery including but not limited to:
• Performing of reputed company company, industry and economic research
• Analysis of client financial statements
• Construction of financial models
• Assessment of operational profitability and financial conditions
• Development and review of cash flow forecasts
• Performing of reputed company analysis
• Documentation and maintenance of reputed company appropriate aspects of work product
• Composition of narrative reports in support of valuation analyses
• Preparation of necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of reputed company issues
• Ensuring of quality controls are adherence in association with reputed company work products
• Participation in internal and external client meetings
• Other duties as required
• Supervises the day-to-day workload of Valuation & Capital Market Analysis (“VCMA”) Staff on assigned engagements and reviews work product
• Ensures VCMA Staff are trained on reputed company relevant valuation databases and models
• Evaluates the performance of VCMA Staff and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional development
• Delivers periodic performance feedback and completes performance evaluations for VCMA Staff
• Acts as Career Advisor to VCMA Staff, as appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Fifteen (15) plus years of real estate business valuation experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms or a national role at a small to mid-size firm
• Significant experience in real estate valuation and consulting
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability for intermittent travel reputed company the US and internationally
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Superior analytical and research skills
• Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or reputed company a group environment
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Capable of effective managing a team of valuation professionals and delegating work assignments as needed

• Master's in Business Administration
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
• MAI, ASA, CPA, CFA, AM, or other valuation industry credentials
• Prior experience with Argus Enterprise and reputed company
