Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Principal OEM Account Manager / Program Leader to manage relationships with one of their most strategic global OEM customers. This role focuses on end-to-end execution and accountability, balancing commercial objectives and operational execution while identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account execution across product platforms and global teams, including pricing, orders, and delivery commitments
  • reputed company and execute an account growth plan, identifying whitespace opportunities across reputed company’ portfolio (cross-sell/upsell) and converting them into qualified pursuits
  • Translate demand signals (MRP, long-term forecasts, reputed company requests) and customer priorities into clear internal plans, investment asks, and opportunity strategies

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience supporting Tier-1 semiconductor OEMs
  • Demonstrated ownership of reputed company OEM accounts with global operations
  • Understanding of OEM buying models and POR-driven decision processes
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence, and building/commercializing new opportunities reputed company strategic accounts
  • Experience operating as an Account reputed company, Program Leader, or senior OEM account manager
  • Background in semiconductor capital equipment, critical subsystems, or contamination-sensitive technologies
  • Prior exposure to Asia-based manufacturing / operations
  • Experience managing long-cycle commercial agreements (rebates, supply assurances, consignment attachments)
