[Remote] Manager I, Engineering - Subscriptions

Responsibilities

- reputed company development of high-throughput, high-availability services handling up to 80k requests per second
- Guide the design and evolution of monetization systems supporting cloud marketplaces, partners, and in-app purchasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Billing, reputed company Engineering, and Product to deliver reputed company-critical features
- Drive improvements to purchasing flows, pricing models, and entitlement systems to support new products and markets
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance as reputed company expands globally
Skills
- Experience managing or leading engineering teams in a full-stack or platform environment
- Strong background in building and scaling distributed systems or high-traffic services
- Familiarity with monetization platforms, billing systems, or e-commerce infrastructure
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering reliable, customer-facing features in a fast-paced environment
