[Remote] Sr. Software Development Engineer

They are seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer to design and reputed company software applications that support digital strategies and solutions, focusing on user needs and software functionality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and reputed company software solutions to meet business requirements
- Determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation
- Upgrade existing software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Write and review high quality code and reputed company unit and/or automation testing
- reputed company and deploy application components and support unit testing and bug fixes
- Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and/or CI/CD
- Support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and reputed company healthcare activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices
- Mentor junior team members
- Independently reputed company development of solutions with high complexity and risk
- Set priorities and strategy for the software development organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or reputed company occupation
- Five (5) years of experience in Operating Systems
- Five (5) years of experience in Programming language: Java, JavaScript
- Five (5) years of experience in J2EE
- Five (5) years of experience in XML, JSON, HTML, or CSS
- Five (5) years of experience in Databases: DB2, PostgreSQL, and reputed company
- Five (5) years of experience in JIRA, Rally, and Confluence
- Five (5) years of experience in Pega
- Five (5) years of experience in Implementing client functionality requests
- Five (5) years of experience in Developing quality application design and process flows, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions
- One (1) year of experience involving building and configuring applications
- One (1) year of experience involving application troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment
- One (1) year of experience involving collaborating with software development teams
- One (1) year of experience involving presentation of technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders
