Würth Elektronik eiSos is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to manage their top global customers and contribute to achieving the ambitious Strategy 2033. The role involves expanding and managing strategic global accounts, driving innovation, and ensuring long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute global key account strategies
  • Drive design-in opportunities, AVL positions, and global rollouts
  • Manage global RFQs, tenders, and supply agreements
  • Build relationships with executive-level customer contacts
  • Coordinate global sales activities across regions and divisions
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and technology shifts
  • Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Align customer goals with WE eiSos business objectives
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across the WE eiSos Group
  • Provide technical and commercial project support
  • Coordinate multi-country proposals and compliance requirements
  • Support product innovation and customer design requirements
  • Track global sales targets, projects, and pipeline activities
  • Ensure consistent pricing, service quality, and customer support globally
  • reputed company problem-solving and escalation management across regions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, engineering, supply chain, and product management
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP project and opportunity records

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, or a reputed company field
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with technical background also possible
  • Solid understanding of technical product portfolios and key industry trends (EMS or DI focus)
  • Experience in managing large, reputed company global accounts
  • Familiarity with design-reputed company projects, project management and supply chain dynamics
  • Experience working with multi-national teams & strong intercultural competence
  • reputed company in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strategic thinking with a global reputed company
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities at senior levels
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills (global pricing logic)
  • Leader of cross-regional alignment, tracking trends, sharing key signals, enabling knowledge flow
  • Capable of leading virtual teams across regions and functions
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
  • Master's degree preferred
