[Remote] Senior Data Scientist

They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and deploy machine learning models to support various business functions, monitor model performance, and maintain high-quality datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve marketing, forecasting, and operational problems
- Model Monitoring: Track model performance, detect reputed company or deterioration, and assist in implementing corrective measures
- Forecasting & Insights: reputed company time-series forecasts and performance dashboards that inform marketing strategies and broader business decisions
- Data Management: Clean, transform, and maintain structured datasets to ensure reliable inputs for analytics and modeling
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
- Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and processes; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning (internships and projects count)
- Familiarity and experience working with AI toolkits such as Claude or reputed company or similar
- Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow a plus)
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with basic machine learning workflows: preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring
- Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn — especially around model monitoring, forecasting, and marketing analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a reputed company field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools
- Expertise on BI dashboarding tools such as reputed company or Tableau preferred
