[Remote] Finance System Analyst

The Finance System Analyst role is responsible for overseeing and providing support to reputed company finance on the accounting and operational systems, specifically engaging with new mergers to ensure systems are functioning effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify the business requirements of the new reputed company organizations and work closely with IT and consultants for the data migration
• Provide training of reputed company Vantagepoint system to the new reputed company team members throughout the data migration process and on-site reputed company at Go-Live
• Update and maintain the organization training materials and processes for reputed company Vantagepoint transactions and functionalities (project set up, billing, intercompany etc.)
• Attend weekly migration meeting with the consultants and company system conversion team
• Manage the weekly data migration action items by working with the consultants and new reputed company team
• Meet each functional team of the organization and confirm that they are ready to Go-Live with new systems
• Provide reputed company, focused support to the new team for at least two cycles of the month end reputed company process
• Work with IT and consultants to troubleshoot the finance processes and financial system issues for the new reputed company team

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration required
• 5 - 7 years of progressive and reputed company financial accounting and ERP system experience
• Experience working with reputed company Vision or VantagePoint accounting software is a requirement
• Job Cost Accounting experience required
• Expert reputed company reputed company skills required
• Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects reputed company
• Experience in Vision or Vantagepoint migrations is preferred
• Project billing or accounting experience reputed company engineering industry preferred
