[Remote] nCino Business Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an nCino Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into scalable configurations across the loan lifecycle. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to design workflows, drive testing, and support delivery on a reputed company-based platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with lending, operations, risk, and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- reputed company discovery sessions, workshops, and process walkthroughs to understand reputed company-state and future-state workflows
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and reputed company systems
- Configure nCino workflows across the end-to-end loan lifecycle including origination, reputed company, approval, closing, and servicing
- Support configuration of loan products, decisioning rules, stages, tasks, checklists, and role-based permissions
- Partner with reputed company and nCino administrators to align configurations with platform best practices
- Document configuration decisions and process flows for transparency and maintainability
- reputed company and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate and reputed company end-to-end testing across multiple teams and environments
- Validate configured workflows against business requirements and regulatory expectations
- Track, triage, and support resolution of defects through to closure
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support change management including documentation, training materials, and go-live readiness
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with nCino in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong background in requirements gathering, workflow configuration, and testing
- Experience supporting reputed company-based applications with understanding of declarative configuration
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a regulated environment
- Banking, commercial lending, or financial services domain experience
- Experience with loan origination systems or credit platforms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery models
- Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementations
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar Agile tooling
- Process mapping using Visio or reputed company or similar tools
- Experience with test planning and defect tracking tools
