They are seeking a Recruiter Intern to support reputed company activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews, while collaborating with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end reputed company activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews for various roles reputed company the company
• Post job descriptions, manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, conduct initial reputed company, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in researching talent markets, updating recruitment dashboards, and preparing candidate status reports
• Collaborate with the People/HR team to enhance candidate experience, support employer branding initiatives, and refine recruiting processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Skills

• Strong interest in recruiting, reputed company, or human resources, with a desire to learn full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth tech environment
• Proficiency with online research and candidate sourcing using tools such as reputed company, job boards, and social platforms
