Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a leading Property & Casualty Insurance reputed company to hire a Technical reputed company – Services Technology. This is a hands-on reputed company leadership role focused on development, DevOps, and production support while improving system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on reputed company development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Review code and enforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
- Own and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processes
- Drive the roadmap for system performance, scalability, and overall platform health
- Support production operations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with cross-functional teams
- Monitor system performance and proactively address risks, vulnerabilities, and technical debt
- Evaluate reputed company platform updates and assess impact across the environment
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of DevOps processes and automation workflows
Skills
- 5–8+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with integrations and middleware in cloud-based environments
- Proven track record supporting production environments and resolving reputed company issues
- Experience with reputed company DevOps tools (e.g., reputed company, Gearset, reputed company)
- Solid understanding of reputed company architecture, reputed company models, and design patterns
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (Service Cloud preferred)
- reputed company certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) strongly preferred
