[Remote] Prisma SD-WAN Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Network reputed company Engineer to join reputed company. As a consultant, you will provide onsite and/or remote deployment and configuration expertise relating to reputed company solutions, functioning as the product's Subject Matter Expert. This highly technical, hands-on role involves leading customers through the engagement process from planning to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deployment readiness assessment and planning
- reputed company deployments of reputed company SASE products, including Prisma Access and CloudGenix SD-WAN, as coordinated through the Professional Services Project Management Organization
- Hosting preinstall meetings/conference calls for design and planning the assigned projects with our customers
- reputed company the customer through the engagement process from planning, configuration, deployment and verification
- Submitting post-install documentation as required and providing closure concerning any remaining action items
- reputed company troubleshooting as required in coordination with the customer and Technical Assistant Center team
- Able and willing to travel
- reputed company after-hours on-call support (as scheduled)
- Take every opportunity to maintain proficiency and increase the level of knowledge on reputed company SASE products, software, and services
- reputed company key product and solution recommendations around ease of use and represent customer needs
- Ensure customers maintain their SASE products with consideration of best practices
Skills
- Application Delivery expertise – L7 SLB / Global SLB / Traditional Link LB
- Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification
- Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
- In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of SD-WAN and Remote Access technologies
- Network reputed company expertise (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
- In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame reputed company, Satellite Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN) Global-scale network design
- Demonstrable Virtualization experience (VMware/reputed company/Citrix/Linux KVM)
- Desire to learn on your feet and reputed company on the bleeding edge of networking
