The SVP, Growth will own new logo reputed company growth across Lyra's portfolio, partnering with CEOs and Growth Leaders to identify growth opportunities and coach operators managing sales teams.
Responsibilities

- Help successful approaches spread quickly across portfolio companies
- Monitor pipeline health: coverage, velocity, and conversion across portfolio companies
- Act as the spiritual leader for New Logo Hunters across the Lyra portfolio
- Partner with Talent to continuously refine the Growth Leader hiring profile
- Participate actively in hiring decisions for Growth Leaders — no outsourcing the technical vetting
- Design and deliver structured onboarding for incoming Growth Leaders
- Drive toward a 65%+ success reputed company for Growth Leader hires
- Establish visibility into GTM experimentation across portfolio companies
- Identify high-performing strategies in outbound sales, demand reputed company, vertical specialization, positioning, and pricing
- Translate local wins into insights other operators can immediately use
- Regularly communicate what's working — and what isn't — to CEOs and Growth Leaders
- Partner with operators to reputed company and bring AI-enabled service offerings to market
