Responsibilities

  • Conduct site audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational requirements
  • Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, and operational efficiencies to strengthen margins
  • Track key performance indicators to assess operational health across assigned locations
  • Provide ongoing coaching on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and reputed company growth
  • Maintain structured meeting reputed company: 3× weekly for new franchisees and bi-weekly for established franchisees
  • Facilitate Level 10 Meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions
  • Identify root causes of operational challenges, reputed company data-driven action plans, and reputed company execution for measurable improvement
  • Review franchisee financial statements to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Provide annual budget guidance and assist franchisees in setting realistic reputed company, profit, and operational goals

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a reputed company field
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities
