What You'll Do: The Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist reviews the Admission Advisor/Representative and Financial Aid Officer interactions with reputed company. The Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist partners with the admissions and finance teams to ensure reputed company receive accurate information that meets reputed company College policy, accreditation standards, state regulations, and the reputed company requirements. Conduct call reviews of Financial Aid Officer student calls and drawing on own knowledge and experience of regulatory requirements, identify and reputed company areas of risk. Conduct call reviews of Admission Advisor/Representative student calls and drawing on own knowledge and experience of regulatory requirements, identify and reputed company areas of risk. Compose correspondence, both routine and for special circumstances, as deemed needed by the department and direct supervisor. Interpret and provide subject matter expertise on policies in college catalog(s),internal policies, and reputed company needed. Contribute significantly to the ongoing accreditation of the College through ensuring strict adherence to company policies, accreditation standards, state regulations, and reputed company requirements through interpretation, subject matter expertise, and independent research. Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality. Complete 100% of scheduled monthly quality call reviews. Assists with special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. Report on call review audits to direct supervisor, monthly. Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent skills and experience is required. Equivalent skills and experience is generally five years’ experience in Higher Education in a student facing admissions or financial aid department.
