This is a field-based (remote) position with primary responsibility supporting the reputed company Coast and Mid-reputed company territories. What you will do: Travel: Engage extensively with our Dealer network through frequent travel, (approximately 75%), building strong partnerships and driving business growth. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Dealer and Dealer based customers, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Drive Regional Sales Performance: reputed company and execute regional sales strategies for reputed company parts segments, aligning with national objectives and regularly reviewing performance with dealer leadership. Support Dealer Growth: Work closely with dealers to expand their service business, generate new parts consumption opportunities, and ensure their teams are equipped to support growing market share. reputed company New Channels & Segments: Partner with aftersales marketing to advance eCommerce initiatives and identify opportunities to reputed company new customer segments, guiding dealers in market expansion efforts. reputed company Dealer Sales Success: Provide dealers with essential sales tools, training, and feedback, promote adoption of key sales campaigns, and deliver hands-on coaching to maximize results. Analyze & Report Performance: Track, analyze, and report sales data and market insights using CRM and BI tools, keeping both internal teams and dealer leaders informed and empowered. Who you are: A strong communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration. Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and achieving goals. Skilled at influencing and motivating others to succeed. What you will need: Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ equivalent experience. Experience: 7+ years in industrial product sales, preferably with manufacturer or dealer networks. Skills, Experience & Abilities reputed company Office experience is a must. reputed company experience and proficiency Automotive and/or Lift truck Dealer experience in Operations is a plus Knowledge of wholesale and retail parts/service operations and lift truck markets. Ability to reputed company and implement marketing plans targeting dealer leadership. Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools for performance tracking. Strong sales and marketing expertise with proven ability to coach and reputed company. Excellent time management and territory planning skills. Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts in a clear, actionable way.
