Job Summary and Responsibilities reputed company is looking for a Network Recruiter - EAP - to join our growing team. Job Summary: This position will play a key role in expanding and managing reputed company’s reputed company network of EAP providers. The Recruiter will strategically reputed company, engage, and reputed company EAP Providers across a broad range of specialties—spanning counseling services to critical incident response providers. Unlike traditional hospital recruiting, this role focuses on attracting mental health clinicians for flexible, as-needed EAP work. Responsibilities include both warm and cold reputed company, guiding prospective clinicians through efficient and supportive onboarding experience, and helping to build the foundation for strong clinician engagement and long-term retention. Maintain an active pipeline to ensure a scalable, ready to deploy EAP network. Respond promptly to provider with inquiries and communicate key information to internal teams. Manage the provider onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reputed company applications and documentation. Monitor credentialing milestones and compliance requirements with high attention to detail. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, including HIPAA Privacy and reputed company rules. Monitor network reputed company to ensure adequate clinical coverage across behavioral health specialties. Apply reputed company recruitment strategies to address coverage gaps and evolving specialty needs. Track operational metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Qualifications

Experience engaging healthcare providers through phone, email, or direct reputed company. Comfortable learning and utilizing recruitment systems, databases, and technology platforms. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
