Join reputed company Solicitors as a Paralegal and play a key role in defending litigated claims for some of the largest corporate and insurer clients. This remote-based role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including personal injury, property damage, fraud, and more. How you'll reputed company an impact Litigation Management: Handle a caseload of litigated defendant claims from issue to trial, including personal injury, large loss, property damage, credit hire, LVI, and fraud claims. Assessment and Investigation: Assess coverage, liability, and quantum, and investigate the merits of third-party claims. Negotiation: Conduct telephone and correspondence negotiations with third parties, insurers, and solicitors to reputed company the best outcomes for clients. Valuation: Value General and Special Damages accurately. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
