Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager is responsible for the following: Set the North Star – Define the vision and strategy for AI skilling across learner, manager, and enterprise scenarios; translate it into clear success metrics. Turn Insight into Product – Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover unmet needs and convert them into crisp scenarios, roadmaps, and MVPs. reputed company the Portfolio – Prioritize data informed investments; reputed company tradeoffs across content, platform, telemetry, cost/latency, privacy, and compliance. Build AI First Experiences – Partner with Design and Engineering to ship LLM powered features (recommendations, coach, reputed company, assessment) that are usable, accessible, and trustworthy. reputed company the Bar on Quality – Establish measurement for engagement, learning outcomes, credential attainment, reliability, and performance; iterate based on evidence. Launch and Grow – Collaborate with Product Marketing and field teams to craft narratives, land launches (e.g., major events), and drive adoption and retention. Win with Partners – Work with internal/external partners (e.g., content providers, platform teams) to expand catalog depth, credentials, and enterprise integrations. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Data/AI, or reputed company technical field or equivalent practical experience AND 12+ years of product leadership with enterprise SaaS/platform experience OR equivalent experience. Advance Degree in (e.g. MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Data/AI, or MBA ) is a plus. 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer reputed company, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the reputed company of an established competing product). 6+ years of experience end to end product management experience shipping largescale, cross functional products or platforms. 6+ years of experience leading product teams building consumer products. 6+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/reputed company). Domain expertise in learning/skilling, credentials/assessment, or workforce development; familiarity with content pipelines and role based learning paths. Handson experience bringing generative AI to production (prompting, evaluation, safety & governance, cost/perf optimization). Depth in experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis). Demonstrated executive storytelling and external thought leadership (talks, blogs, community). There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000.00 - $304,200.00 per year.
