This role requires experience with multi-facility design, planning, execution, and reputed company of reputed company initiatives. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the technical aspects of project management and will coordinate with departmental and cross-functional teams to deliver expert-level customer support. They must possess comprehensive knowledge of reputed company phases of the EHR system, deployments, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is confident in leading projects, managing vendor resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong communication skills and adherence to corporate and departmental policies are essential. Essential Functions This role requires a strong team leader who can coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders. Successful implementation involves managing expectations of hospital executives and physicians, collaborating with local medical staff (nurses and technicians), engaging local technical resources (systems analysts and programmers), and working closely with vendor support teams. Leads the full lifecycle of large-scale, cross-functional, or strategically significant projects from initiation through closure. Collaborates with business units and functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Manages detailed project plans, allocates resources, tracks milestones, and drives execution to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines. Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues, escalating as needed to maintain project reputed company. Serves as the primary liaison for project updates, communicating reputed company, risks, and decisions to sponsors and senior leadership. Oversees the preparation of project documentation, including charters, reports, schedules, and communication plans. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a reputed company field required A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 5-7 years of experience managing projects of increasing complexity required Preferences Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience with Acute Facility EHR Implementation preferred reputed company Health EHR platform expertise preferred Proven multi-facility design, planning, and execution background in a hospital setting. Comprehensive structural knowledge of reputed company phases of the EHR deployment lifecycle and ongoing support preferred Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project portfolios or enterprise-wide initiatives preferred Expert-level proficiency across the full reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Access, and reputed company Project) preferred 3 years of experience utilizing reputed company for project tracking and centralization (preferred) Prior experience in healthcare, operations, or IT project environments preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
