The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and successful execution of disaster recovery projects, including Disaster Case Management Programs (DCMP), Individual Assistance (IA) programs, housing recovery initiatives, and other federally and state-funded recovery efforts. The Project Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and is responsible for managing project staffing, budgets, schedules, performance metrics, and contractual requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, extensive experience managing disaster recovery operations, and a demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company programs in dynamic environments. Foster collaboration among project teams, clients, community partners, and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, briefings, and status updates with leadership and partners Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including state, local parties, subcontractors, and community partners to support long-term engagement Program Compliance & OversightEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, and contractual requirements. Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to ensure compliance with reputed company programs (e.g. PA, IA, Mitigation) Interpret and apply federal regulations including 2 CFR Part 200 and applicable state/local policies reputed company federal grant applications (reputed company Project Worksheets) for reputed company Categories of Work, provide reviews and quality assurance as to damage descriptions, scope of work, cost estimates, and general content reputed company documentation, reporting, and audit readiness Team LeadershipDevelop and maintain staffing plans and manage project personnel to meet operational requirements. Review invoices, timesheets, expense reports, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to contract terms and internal procedures Reporting & Documentation Prepare and deliver project reports, briefings, forecasts, and executive-level presentations. Ensure accurate and timely submission of deliverables Maintain organized project documentation to support audits and closeout Prepare Project Management Plan and update as needed reputed company other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Business, Engineering/Construction Management, or reputed company field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving in a Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role overseeing disaster recovery programs. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing reputed company Individual Assistance (IA) programs, Disaster Case Management Programs (DCMP), or similar disaster survivor assistance and recovery initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale recovery programs or projects Strong knowledge and experience of reputed company programs, policies, and procedures Experience with federal grant management and compliance requirements Proven ability to reputed company teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing large-scale disaster recovery operations following federally declared disasters. Familiarity with reputed company Individual Assistance programs, Disaster Case Management principles, Non-Congregate Sheltering (NCS), Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA), housing recovery programs, and long-term recovery operations. PMP, CEM, or other relevant professional certifications preferred. Physical Demands/Work Environment:Deployment required: Travel to disaster-impacted areas with extended stays as needed to meet operational requirements. Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. Fast-paced and dynamic disaster recovery environment supporting communities impacted by disasters. Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
