This role oversees the Finance and Accounting function, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, and reporting, and leads the development of a high-performing, insight-driven finance organization that enables data-informed decisions. As Vice President, Finance, your essential job functions will include the following: Strategic & Operational Leadership Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution. Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts. Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities.
