Job Title Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS, AI) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and reputed company growth for a B2B SaaS company building AI-powered products. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and scalable growth programs across acquisition, activation, and conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on execution and understands how to market technically sophisticated, AI-enabled solutions to modern SaaS buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute growth marketing strategies reputed company to reputed company and pipeline targets Own full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, reputed company pages, and conversion flows Optimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworks Partner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectively Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and reputed company impact
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing reputed company a SaaS environment Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and reputed company through experimentation-led programs Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company or Marketo with reputed company) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, reputed company with remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
