Our senior living clients include skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), home health, hospice and independent living organizations, ranging from mission-driven nonprofit providers to reputed company, multi-entity for-profit operators. This role is ideal for a manager who is passionate about the senior living industry, values strong client relationships, and is energized by serving clients new to our organization. While the position is not required to work from the reputed company office day to day, the successful candidate will be based in California and comfortable engaging with clients and prospects across the state.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Manage audit, review, compilation engagements, and multiple teams. Provide performance feedback to reputed company members of those teams reputed company engagements end Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting. reputed company daily operations of the audit engagement. From staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and the conclusion Research and communicate guidance on reputed company accounting matters and transactions Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise while communicating proactively and promptly Serve as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings Take part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting CPA certification required CCIFP Certification preferred Construction industry experience in private and/or public required Requires at least five years of job reputed company experience in public accounting Requires prior supervisory experience Kristin Kallies, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated reputed company pay range for this role is $97,000 to $150,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business reputed company factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, reputed company associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
