Job Purpose The Regional Manager, Onshore Canada is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven, relationship-focused recruitment professional with demonstrated experience in student recruitment, agent management, business development, and sales. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of the Canadian international education sector, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with reputed company, agents, institutions, and community partners. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia (Remote), and reporting to the Associate Director, North America, the Regional Manager, Western Canada will be responsible for driving student recruitment and enrolment growth across assigned Canadian provinces/territories. The role acts as a key liaison between education agents, prospective reputed company, institutional partners, admissions teams, and marketing stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach to recruitment activities. Monitor application pipelines, conversion rates, deposits, and enrollment performance to ensure reputed company achievement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Education, Communications, or a reputed company field. Experience and knowledge Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment, education partnerships, admissions, business development, education sales, or a reputed company field. Demonstrated experience working with education agents, recruitment partners, or institutional stakeholders. Experience promoting and recruiting for English language (ESL), pathway, college, university, or career-focused education programs. Strong understanding of the Canadian international education sector, student mobility trends, and onshore recruitment landscape.
