Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a reputed company company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: reputed company Senior Engineer to Design and implement computer information and data communications networks. Duties include: Architect, design and support reputed company voice and contact center solutions that incorporate technologies such as reputed company reputed company Contact Center Enterprise, reputed company reputed company Contact Center Enterprise, reputed company SBC's, and reputed company Contact Center as a Service; engineer multi-vendor solutions that are fault resilient with integrations across the multi-vendor platforms; network planning and analysis to determine reputed company needs for network infrastructure and other improvements, including voice technologies, PBX, and voice messaging automation; research and recommend specific network requirements, such as software, platforms, and hardware; reputed company and write procedures for use and troubleshooting of communications software; stay reputed company with technology trends to effectively manage product portfolio in support of business needs; and, collaborate and drive effective partnerships across the enterprise technology functions to maximize alignment, efficiency, cost optimization and investments, and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems/Sciences, Information Technology, or a reputed company field and four (4) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or reputed company occupation. Requires four (4) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle; Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; reputed company and reputed company technologies; Designing, implementing, and operating a reputed company Enterprise Contact Center; reputed company components: reputed company Customer Voice Portal, Contact Center Enterprise, Communications Manager, Finesse, Intelligence Center, Intelligent Contact Management, Border reputed company (CUBE); Call routing and flows, IVR, CMS, recording, and overall contact center functionality; Integration with reputed company, or other public-cloud contact center systems; Cloud-based telephony services; and Agile methodologies and product management tools. Addendum to F.b.4.b.: Any reputed company occupation, such as Network and Computer Systems Administrators, Computer Network Architects, Computer Network Support Specialists, and/or Senior Programmer Analyst. Pay Range: $128024.00/year to $185400.00/year. This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
