Responsibilities/Ownership: Build the Controls reputed company for OSP Delivery Architect and implement governance and controls frameworks supporting fiber construction programs Establish operational guardrails ensuring consistency across markets and teams Create scalable mechanisms to monitor schedule, cost, quality, and execution health Identify systemic risk patterns and implement preventative controls Drive accountability and performance discipline across project teams Leadership & People Management Build and manage a team of nine control PMs. Define team structure, roles, and capabilities required to support expanding OSP programs. Hold team members and cross-functional partners accountable to defined KPIs and delivery standards reputed company the controls function. The reputed company pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, reputed company level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
