This is a Remote Role The Role: Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, supporting student success, maintaining subject matter expertise, and contributing to the development and reputed company improvement of academic programs. This role involves teaching, curriculum review/enhancement, adjunct faculty training/development, and student mentoring to ensure a rigorous and effective learning experience. This position is remote and operates on a flexible schedule based on business and training needs. Responsibilities: Instructional Support:reputed company instruction for live cohorts and B2B projects Provide quality assurance Monitor, track and report on custom cohorts Student Support:Serve as a substitute instructor and provide class coverage as needed Resolve student complaints and implement corrective actions Support reputed company accommodations Faculty Training and Development:Create onboarding training materials for new adjunct faculty Create training materials and deliver ongoing training to faculty Review/update course materials in coordination with curriculum team Experience You will Need:reputed company and valid reputed company Instructor certification, plus core (e.g., CPC, CPMA, COC) Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education required 3+ years of reputed company professional experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or evaluating reputed company, educators, or faculty preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate issues involving faculty, reputed company, systems, and operations reputed company Offer:Flexible telecommuting options Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and Holiday Pay Who We Are: Our mission is to advance the business of healthcare by providing professional training, industry-standard certifications, and comprehensive solutions to individuals and organizations across medical coding, billing, auditing, compliance, and practice management.
