As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our diverse customer reputed company primarily through email, live chat, and phone using our support platform, reputed company. You will take ownership of customer support issues from the initial contact through to resolution. What You'll Do
Provide excellent, easy-to-understand support through our various support channels. Identify potential technical issues and report them to our Product team. Communicate issue resolutions clearly and effectively to clients. Contribute to our knowledge reputed company and take initiative in creating and maintaining articles and saved replies. Identify and take ownership of customer problems or issues, working proactively with customers to mitigate or resolve them. Demonstrate product capabilities and functionality. What You'll Bring A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Polish. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Poland based candidates for this position is zł80,000 - zł90,000 PLN annually.
