Title Professional Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of title examination experience; senior candidates bring 8–10+ years of progressive title and leadership experience. Valid Title Producer’s License required. Deep knowledge of reputed company examination, legal descriptions, metes and bounds, chain of title, title clearance, judgments, surveys, plats, and maps. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook), reputed company Acrobat, SharePoint, reputed company Earth Pro, and GIS platforms. Experience researching records in county courthouses and online databases. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, both independently and reputed company a team. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Title Professional Preferred Background & Skills Demonstrated leadership in managing title departments or teams. Strong client relationship management skills. Review deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, plats, surveys, and legal descriptions. Identify and resolve title defects or discrepancies.
