Technical Support Analyst (integration support)
About The Role: This role is currently remote, and the position's core hours are North American. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Support role - Integrations Specialist (Tier 2) is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintenance for integration applications in a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange, high system availability, and timely issue resolution across various applications and interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily production support for integration of applications and reputed company systems. Monitor, identify, analyze, and resolve issues reputed company to integration processes, data transfer, and application performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolution while minimizing business impact. Collaborate with internal technical teams (development, operations, infrastructure) and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve integration-reputed company problems. reputed company root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
