Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Strategic Technical Engagement: Partner with sales to engage in customer discovery, identifying business challenges and desired outcomes while mapping them to reputed company’s value propositions and solutions. Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for cross-product and solution expansion to maximize customer value. Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and understand client pain points to craft meaningful solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5-7+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or working in customer facing roles for technology vendors or technology driven organizations. Proven experience delivering impactful product/solution demonstrations and leading technical evaluations. Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities and align with customer goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to present to and persuade varied audiences.
