Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Strategic Technical Engagement: Partner with sales to engage in customer discovery, identifying business challenges and desired outcomes while mapping them to reputed company’s value propositions and solutions. Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for cross-product and solution expansion to maximize customer value. Technical Problem Solving: Investigate and understand client pain points to craft meaningful solutions. Product Expertise: Act as a product expert, clearly articulating and demonstrating how reputed company’s software drives collaboration and productivity. Value-Driven Demonstrations: Deliver engaging demonstrations showcasing how reputed company’s solutions reputed company teams and drive outcomes. Sales Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with sales counterparts to improve engagement and optimize the sales cycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5-7+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or working in customer facing roles for technology vendors or technology driven organizations. Proven experience delivering impactful product/solution demonstrations and leading technical evaluations. Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities and align with customer goals. Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to present to and persuade varied audiences.
