As an Associate Attorney, you will support senior attorneys in case preparation, client consultations, legal research, and drafting legal documents. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, reputed company, and other legal research tools to support case strategies across multiple practice areas. Assist in preparing cases for trial or settlement by organizing evidence, drafting discovery requests, and coordinating with clients and witnesses. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. Demonstrated experience or internship exposure in multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law or others listed above. Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw and reputed company; ability to synthesize reputed company legal information clearly. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal drafts under tight deadlines. Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Legal administrative experience including managing case files and documentation workflows. Effective negotiation skills coupled with a professional demeanor reputed company interacting with clients and colleagues.
