The Senior Data Entry & Voice‑of‑Customer Analyst is a pivotal member of the Customer Listening Team, a cross‑functional group that translates raw survey feedback into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders—including product owners, data engineers, and agile delivery teams—to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
