Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

• Inbound Call Management: Answer a high volume of inbound calls from arenaflex cardholders, delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve inquiries ranging from account balances and transaction disputes to fraud alerts and service requests.
• Sales Authorization & Upselling: Authorize approved sales transactions, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and recommend additional arenaflex products that meet the customer’s needs.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain up‑to‑date, precise customer records in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy and reputed company standards.
