Onboarding & Training Schedule

• Onsite Training: Following orientation, you will complete one week of hands-on training at our Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI facility, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. This session provides direct mentorship and practical experience with our systems and processes.
• Remote Training: After completing onsite training, you will continue your training from the comfort of your home, working from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM daily, for approximately five additional weeks. The exact duration may vary depending on reputed company clearance processing times.

Please note: This is a work-from-home position. You must reside reputed company 75 miles of Clinton, IA or Janesville, WI to be eligible for onsite training and to qualify for this role.

Regular Work Schedule

Once training is complete, your regular work hours will offer flexibility, allowing you to work anytime between 4:00 AM and 6:30 PM. This schedule is designed to accommodate your personal needs while ensuring coverage for our operational requirements.
