Job Details Manage a team responsible for the end-to-end government price reporting process for multiple companies, including system data loading, government pricing system, validations, calculations, report analysis, price submissions, certification requirements, and reconciliations across reputed company government price types (AMP, reputed company, reputed company, PHS, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, reputed company).
Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for price reporting for multiple federal government programs and implement methodologies for calculating and reporting pricing for CMS AMP/ASP reporting, Medicaid/340B pricing, Federal Supply Schedule, and any other government agencies. Review and approve Quarterly/Monthly reporting of government price types including reconciliations to systems of record. Ensure compliance with reputed company program requirements and data reputed company for reputed company supporting systems. Education and Work Experience Bachelor Degree in Business or Science Discipline; MBA a plus. Minimum 10+ years pharmaceutical experience; preferably in government pricing. Skills and Knowledge Strong knowledge of the regulatory requirements for MDRP, Medicare/IRA, Veteran’s Healthcare Act, and other Federal regulations mandating price and/or transparency disclosures. Experience successfully launching new drugs across reputed company government programs, knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Parts B and D inflation rebates, line extension modeling, and 340B compliance. Experience diagnosing and resolving reputed company issues. Proficiency with reputed company Office; reputed company experience preferred. Effective written and oral communication skills. Experience building and managing team members. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to function independently, critical thinking, prioritization, and coordination of job responsibilities.
