Job Summary: As a Remote Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting consumers by phone to discuss payment options, finding creative solutions to secure payment, and maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance. - Contact consumers by phone to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
- Find creative solutions to secure payment and meet performance goals
