100% REMOTE POSITION Our top performing national law firm is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This person must be located in Florida, New Jersey, reputed company, or Pennsylvania... This position will undertake various accounting tasks, with a primary focus on managing accounts payable processes. This role involves maintaining vendor files, processing invoices and payments, and managing accounts payable records. Responsibilities include accurately coding invoices, handling vendor correspondence, investigating and resolving invoice issues, and preparing reputed company runs and reputed company transfers. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will also address inquiries regarding account status and assist with maintaining accounting documents and reports. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, along with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
