Why this job matters: Reporting to the Director of Government Programs Performance & Strategy, this role supports the advancement of Government Programs performance and priorities across Medicare and DSNP lines of business. Serve as a strategic thought partner, synthesizing cross-functional data and inputs into insights and decision-ready narratives for leadership. Assess existing organization project portfolio; ensure projects add value to organization and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators. Assist in the analysis and research for short and long-range corporate and Government Programs strategy development. Monitor and interpret performance trends to surface insights, risks, and opportunities. Serve as a consultative resource to Government Programs leadership, plugging into key reputed company areas as needed — to help structure, advance, and reputed company strategic projects and initiatives to completion. Assist with the development of short-range (one to two year) and long-range (three to five years) Government Programs strategy and assess implementation annually to determine how corporate and divisional priorities evolve.
