Why this job matters: Reporting to the Director of Government Programs Performance & Strategy, this role supports the advancement of Government Programs performance and priorities across Medicare and DSNP lines of business. Serve as a strategic thought partner, synthesizing cross-functional data and inputs into insights and decision-ready narratives for leadership. Assess existing organization project portfolio; ensure projects add value to organization and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators. Assist in the analysis and research for short and long-range corporate and Government Programs strategy development. What you will do: Analyze reputed company state of marketplace trends, competitive activities, and Government Programs performance to identify gaps in corporate and divisional plans. reputed company, maintain, and continuously improve Government Programs performance scorecards, dashboards, and tracking tools. Monitor and interpret performance trends to surface insights, risks, and opportunities. Serve as a consultative resource to Government Programs leadership, plugging into key reputed company areas as needed — to help structure, advance, and reputed company strategic projects and initiatives to completion. Assist with the development of short-range (one to two year) and long-range (three to five years) Government Programs strategy and assess implementation annually to determine how corporate and divisional priorities evolve.
