About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Director of MDS to reputed company the clinical reimbursement process and ensure compliance across multiple skilled nursing facilities. • Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility MDS Coordinators.
• Travel to various skilled nursing facilities to provide hands-on support and guidance.
• reputed company the coordination and completion of the reputed company Assessment reputed company (MDS, reputed company's, and Care Plan) in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility teams.
• Ensure accurate assessments and documentation to support proper reimbursement and quality care.

• Licensure reputed company, active, and unencumbered RN license.
• Experience
• Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facility experience required.
• Multi-site, regional experience preferred.
• Two (2)-three (3) years of experience as an MDS Coordinator.
• Certifications RAC-CT or RNAC preferred.
