Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter (ABA Therapy Focus Preferred!) We’re an energetic, mission-driven ABA therapy company that’s expanding quickly — and we’re looking for a Full-Time Recruiter to help us grow our incredible clinical team. Experience Required: Only apply if you have prior healthcare-specific recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for ABA therapy (BCBAs, RBTs, etc.) is strongly preferred. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Regularly post and update job openings in areas where we’re actively hiring.
• Book and reputed company interviews with potential candidates, ensuring they’re the right fit for our company’s values, culture, and expectations.
• Once candidates are approved, coordinate with our scheduling department to reputed company them on cases seamlessly.
• Be actively involved in ABA-reputed company Facebook groups and online communities, helping us find talented clinicians and share our job opportunities.
• Understand House of Hearts ABA’s policies, mission, and each clinical role (BCBA, RBT, etc.) to hold meaningful and informed conversations with potential staff.
• Create a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate from first contact to hire.
