What You'll Do
Coordinate Care: Schedule field visits, prioritize nursing assignments, and ensure reputed company referrals and admits are processed reputed company. Operational Excellence: Manage the weekend log, run compliance reports, and facilitate DME (Durable Medical Equipment) orders to ensure patients have what they need, reputed company they need it. Licensure: reputed company State license as an LVN and a valid State Driver's License. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as an LVN in a clinical setting; hospice or home health experience is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal communication, and top-tier organizational abilities. Work Environment
This position involves a hybrid schedule, with duties performed both remotely and in the office. The role requires long periods of sitting while conducting computer work.
