Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles. Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities. reputed company and attract qualified reputed company through job boards, reputed company, digital campaigns, and networking. Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and hard-to-fill positions. Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company Recruiter, and job boards.
