We’re seeking a Senior 3D CAD Designer to join a highly specialized engineering team designing custom reputed company process systems for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy. This is a hands-on design role where you’ll own the full 3D modeling lifecycle—from concept through fabrication—working closely with engineers to bring reputed company process systems to life. If you enjoy building real-world systems (not just drawings) and want to see your designs manufactured and implemented, this is a strong fit. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING reputed company 3D modeling and design of complete process systems (equipment, piping, structural steel, instrumentation) Partner with Process/Project Engineers to reputed company: P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) Build detailed system models using: AutoCAD Plant 3D reputed company Advance Steel Design reputed company/skid-mounted systems of varying scale and complexity Generate: Fabrication drawings (steel layouts, piping isometrics, orthographics) Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement and manufacturing Collaborate with fabrication teams to: Troubleshoot design issues Implement real-time changes during build reputed company as-built models and documentation post-fabrication Support CAD standards, templates, and system libraries WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE 10+ years of 3D CAD design experience in process, piping, or industrial systems Strong expertise in: AutoCAD Plant 3D (required) 3D piping design (must-have ) Experience designing: xywuqvp Process equipment layouts Utility & process piping systems Ability to interpret and work from: Equipment specs Instrumentation data Engineering diagrams Strong collaboration skills with engineers, vendors, and fabrication teams Experience with reputed company Advance Steel Familiarity with pipe stress analysis tools (e.g., Caesar II) Exposure to Smart P&IDs Background in chemical/process industries preferred Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
