Role Overview – Remote Night‑Shift Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Customer Support Agent to join arenaflex’s 24/7 support team. This fully remote, contractor‑based position operates on a night‑shift schedule (15:30‑24:00 CET) and serves clients across multiple time zones.
